Step 1: Enter Credentials
Logging into your Ndax account is a secure, multi-step process designed to protect your digital assets. It generally involves two key phases: entering your credentials and providing the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code.
Phase 1: Username and Password
- Navigate to the Ndax Platform: Access the official Ndax website or open the mobile application. Security reminder: always double-check the URL to ensure it is the official site (`https://ndax.io/auth/login`).
- Enter Your Username or Email: Input the username or email address associated with your Ndax account.
- Enter Your Password: Type your strong, unique password. Best practice recommends a minimum of 12 characters, including a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Multiple failed attempts will result in your account being temporarily locked as a security measure.
Phase 2: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
This step is mandatory for all secure crypto transactions (deposits and withdrawals) and is highly recommended for every login. Once your username and password are correct, you will be immediately prompted for the 2FA code.
- Retrieve the Code: Open your designated Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) on your mobile device or desktop.
- Enter the 6-Digit Code: Input the dynamically generated 6-digit code into the Ndax login screen. This code refreshes every 30 seconds.
- Successful Access: After the correct code is entered, you will be directed to your trading dashboard.
Ndax requires 2FA to be enabled before you can deposit or withdraw any cryptocurrency, ensuring the highest level of fund security.
